You click -show original on the drop down in the spammy message
you see a lot of mumbo jumbo
(or you just pick the IP addresses from comment spam)
You pick the IP addresses from the mumbo jumbo above (called headers )
An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a numerical label assigned to each device (e.g., computer, printer) participating in a computer networkthat uses the Internet Protocol for communication. An IP address serves two principal functions: host or network interface identification and locationaddressing
You find out who has that IP address using arin
You put those IP addresses in your firewall for your computer
(or if you have a self-hosted blog using Website cpanel ip deny)
Communicate to that IP Address using IRC

It is mainly designed for group communication in discussion forums, called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message as well as chat and data transfer, including file sharing.
or use HOIC to test your own firewall better before people spam you
If someone has been spamming you with dumb comments here is a method to find who they are without even having advanced analytics knowledge.
This assumes you use WordPress Blogs.
